Join us on a magical winter weekend in Grindelwald, Switzerland! Surrounded by the most beautiful snowy mountains and pine trees we've ever seen, we spent the weekend exploring all that this charming alpine village has to offer. Our adventure started with a breathtaking cable car ride up to Grindelwald First, where we hiked through the snowy landscape to the frozen Lake Bachalpsee. After taking in panoramic views during this hike, we quickly ate and then tried our hand at sledging for the first time on their toboggan run. We kept saying this was one of the most fun experiences we’ve ever been part of and we were awe-struck by the Swiss Alps as we sped down the slopes. After finding out the cable cars and the rest of the run was closed, one of the workers said to just toboggan down anyway - and we 100% got lost in the dark through a random neighborhood. And of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to Switzerland without indulging in chocolate and fondue!
