So beautiful. Thank you for the up-close camera shots and the speeding up of the video in parts. Also, sorry to say, I quit using the beautiful silver Dragees (sp) the little silver decorative balls - I broke my tooth biting down on one :-( thought someone else would too. They do add an elegant finishing touch to cakes, cupcakes and cookies, too, but those little guys are as hard as pebbles so I quit using them. Your roses at the base of the cake are exquisite, delicate and have a Victorian feel to them - how talented you are to create such beauty throughout your work with icing and fondant. It was amazing to watch you detail it out with your freehand scroll work - I was amazed! I always wondered how the quilting pattern was made - Voila! A template!!! You're a Master ~♡~ Thank you a hundred-fold for your generosity in sharing your knowledge in your artistry and craftsmanship of building memorable wedding cakes. All those brides are extremely pleased with your beautiful designs. ~♡~♡~♡~

That's great video. .I always have a difficulty to work with gold or silver dust. .I don't know how to get rid of the remaining on fondant. .especially on black fondant. .I noticed that you used alcohol. .but is there another way to do it ??

Hi! Beautiful job!!! I think could be easier to cut a circle and work roses on a flat table, once they’re done stick them on the side of the cake 😁. Once it’s done fill the gaps. Don’t you think? 😊

Beautiful - My daughter is getting married this September, so of course we are looking at everything and seeing what she wants. Years ago I made a few wedding cakes for family. I loved doing it, but now I'm old and don't know if I have the steady hands or the stamina to do it one more time! lol You are an inspiration. If I were to make my wedding cake I would do vanila cake with strawberry filling and butter cream and two layered cake .Also with strawberry and Rose's for the decor.🍓🍰
