No matter how anyone tries to justify it, this is not hijab; hijab is not just limited to what you wear on your head but also the clothes you wear and your actions. No one is perfect and no-one is a completely perfect muslim, everyone makes mistakes. But what annoys me is that you put this online because it gives the image that this is acceptable dress and encourages it amongst young muslims who are extremely influenced by you. By putting yourself online for everyone to see, you automatically have a responsibility to set a good image for the hijab community and make sure you don't encourage sinning amongst these young people. You can call me 'the haram police' and say that I'm just jealous or whatever but the truth is Im just looking out for both Habiba and her viewers, because as Muslims we should help each other to become better Muslims
Aisha Ahmed aslaam alaikum sister. I totally agree. Btw even if someone calls you haraam police so what?, the Prophet pbuh came to guide people and tell people to let go and stop doing the bafd things they were accustomed too as a society. The quraish used to hate him for this. Read the seerah you will find this. The prophet pbuh even said to enjoy good and forbid evil. To all those that accuse others of haraam police, let me ask you one thing, would you say that to the prophet pbuh astagfiruallah, when he commanded good and forbid evil? Think about that......
@anon007 Take a look at the title of this video and then talk. It's a lookbook, as in it's solely for the purpose of showing off her fashion and clothing and giving inspiration to her viewers, who are predominantly teen hijabis. You can't say that it's her business what she wears; she's literally making videos to purposefully give her viewers ideas on how to dress, which is not right. The way she perceives the hijab is her problem but if she's going to affect the way others wear theirs then it's not okay. This type of 'hijab' is so common nowadays that no one bats an eye and assumes it to be okay since so many women dress like this even though it's wrong. Once you start getting accustomed to it, it no longer feels wrong - it's important to acknowledge the fact that this is wrong hijab. What you want to do with that fact is up to you.
I completely agree with you sister. I think that if your audience are young teenage girls they might think this is an acceptable way to dress. The whole point of the hijab is to be modest in our dress and actions. Hijab isn't just what we wear on our head. Its covering all of our assets which could cause attention. I don't think you are a hater at all in fact it'd clear that youre as the saying goes. Love for others what you love for yourself. Clearly you are just giving guidance.
i truly love you Habiba and your such a sweet soul , but.. you dress so tight fitting and present yourself very provocative and sexy.. guys will more likely get attracted by your body not your hair think logicaly i personaly don't wear hijab but i think if you do you should at least do it properly, ist not just about covering your hair but also your body shape, just saying, you look good in everything tho you are so pretty (this is not hate and im not a part of the haram police lol i just didn't want any girls who want to start wearing hijab getting inspired by the way you do. i mean you can to each theyre own but ist not really the correct way js)
Honestly truly, I don't understand why people post negativity on a public platform. If you don't like it skuuuuuuur off the comments. If you truly truly truly have a problem message Habiba privately. It's not by force to come on here and post negativity.
I love ur creativity in ur videos im an artist so i look at detail and im sure every angle the cameras in or the edits you do is not easy and i see it gurl. Thats what makes you original to other hijabi youtubers i think.
H R she can't help that she is curvy....as a curvy women myself it is nearly impossible to find anything that completely hides my shape... You can always tell u have wide hips and a small waist
HABIBAAAAAA IS NOT PLAYING! LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WOWWWW MASHALLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU AND ADAM STYLE ME PLS! Omg finding these outfits now is going to take me 9846 years :(
Foziah Syed don’t you see a problem in the fact that her figure is on full display?I mean she looks absolutely stunning but this isn’t modest dressing , quite a contrast to the ( improper because she shows hair) hijab in her head
Sooo gorgeous loved them all&I habiba as a fan I wanna say I want to see more content from you... maybe try out primark makeup? Test online stores like shein or zaful? Hijab tutorials, life hacks, eBay mystery boxes... fun stuff like that I think it will make your Channel grow more! Love you x
the video is cool l appreciate the hard work that she put in to but she should know best that this is wrong and for the ppl that don't know a hijab is not always the main focus for us muslims its our body too.... I can relate "sometimes i feel like I need to wear casual clothes other then my traditional ones =(example)" you feel like you need to experiment with your fashion more I get it but showing your hair is not a big deal new days like showing your body figure ....but I don't think most ppl are angry BC she's just showing her figure its also that she's presenting our fashion in a wrong way ...but also most ppl don't care they're her for the support and love ❣️and I know she's far form perfect and us to so we don't need to make decisions for her and tell her what to do
Okay I am a muslim convert and I learnt that muslim women are supposed to cover their bodies and not wear tight clothing.... so what is this? I'm not a hater. I love your videos, you are beautiful but you don't need to show your body.
The hate in the comments is so pathetic. Her body confidence and style are both impeccable🔥 and you screen hypers are just bitter and jealous don't like the video? Then dismiss yourself... all the advice about modest this and hijab that focus on your own lives and stop judging other people for striving to make their dreams a reality 💞
I don't think most ppl are angry BC she's just showing her figure its also that she's presenting our fashion in a wrong way ...but also most ppl don't care they're her for the support and love ❣️............... you can tell most of the comments are about her body
Fashion doesn't have a right or wrong that's the whole point... it's about expression and her body isn't anybody's business so her figure shouldn't even come into it anyone should be able to happily wear what they want.
The video was so cool Habiba. Omg! That was amazing. I loved the first and last outfits the best. Keep on creating amazing content you continue to be an inspiration to me thank you! Lots of Love!
Excuse my language but everybody that's posting negative vibes under this post are such internet trolls. I thought religion was suppose to unite as well. And as far as I can see if someone does something a little different like show off curves while still COMPLETELY COVERING ALL OF THEIR SKIN they get bashed for it and say they aren't "true to the religion" it's 2018 sorry to say that things are changing and people of the new age can no longer conform to anything 100%. People don't want to live in fear. That's exactly why I'm not a Christian even tho I was born into a Christian family. I didn't wanna live my life in fear of a higher power when all along I'M really my higher power. GIRL KEEP DOING YOU!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
This isnt islam!!, this isnt hijab are you mad!?!?. No wonder we are in difficult times right now. And to all you fan girls that are probably gonna jump on me and rip me apart ( you may do, you may not), let me ask you one question before you do. Imagine, hypothetically the Prophet PBUH was here, do you think he would approve of this of would he distance himself from all this. Whos side would he be on?, then aks yourself, whos side do you wanna be on? Ask your self that. This whole video is against the concept of hijab. Im not attacking the sister, may Allah swt guide her. Ameen
man like Ouzzy the prophet muhammed pbuh would definitely respect women and lower his gaze, other than watching a woman's lookbook. I'm not attacking you, may allah swt guide you
Safira Akbarkhan asalaam alaikum. No lie sister wallahi i was actually thinking that soon after i posted that comment. I just saw in on my suggestions down the side and i clicked on it. I shouldnt have even looked at it, let alone watch the video. For that i realise i made a mistake. May Allah swt forgive me for that, Ameen. Secondly i would like to thank you for taking your time out and point that out, i will reflect on that in sha Allah and remember that when i face a similar situation. may Allah aza wajal bless you, ameen. I also just wanted to say since you replied, it would have been appreciated if you also responded to the points i raised too?, yaani it seems like you just ignored and totally disregarded them and replied only to my issue which was very valid and i will take that on board. I just hoped you replied to everything i said like i done to your comment. Wallahu alam. p.s when you say " may Allah swt bless you" to someone. Its a form of dua, and when one concludes his dua one should say "ameen" Barakhallah feek
man like Ouzzy but maybe we should just be silent and leave this to Allah swt. I was just trying to explain not to look at others mistakes. You're not wrong but we can leave this to Allah swt rather than pointing out her mistakes and sins. Also..ameen..
Wowie wowwwww 😭😍😍😍😍😍 so amazing gorgeous. I CAN’T believe anyone has ever said anything negative about your body!! Never been so stunned by a woman’s body.
Feminista because being a Muslim woman raised in a kind of strict Muslim household I was taught that modesty and hijab was more of an external idea and showing off a lot of skin, hair or curves was a total no no. But now I know that it goes much deeper than what you wear, modesty starts from within and then translates into how you present yourself and being comfortable with that presentation. But I'm also not disagreeing with the values I was raised by.
Thahierah Bassier the sad part is that today many sisters on socia platform completely disregard the fact that hijab is more than a piece of cloth on your head. Indeed the most important is inner hijab, but inner and outer hijab go hand in hand, you can’t be showing off curves or skin etc. and think that it won’t affect your inner hijab because it will.
