Hello Chef. I never heard of winter melon before. I googled it and once cut in half, it looks like a large cucumber. I'm sure it's not similar to bitter melon? Maybe you can shed some light on that. Earlier his week, I made beef snowpeas with water chestnuts. Me and the family loved it. Tomorrow, I'll be making a pork and kale stir fry along with mushrooms and peppers. Your correct. They sales huge cut / slice of the winter melon in the grocery. I bring one cut to that grocery vegetable preparation room and ask to cut it smaller portion for my need. LOL.. thank you for watching.
