Bro she broke a world record and still came 2nd place. Honestly i would've also cried becuase figure skaters put in so much of their energy skating and for someone who broke the record and still didnt came 1st.

You know, her coaches made her land quarters which is a 4 spin rotation and they sweared they PROMISED she would get first. I believe she landed mostly all of em, and yet she still didn't win, she was pressured to be 'perfect' to land everything and do everything perfectly to win and she tried so hard. Imagine that pressure on a KID it's upsetting. I'm so upset for her.

Not people in the comments trying to bully Alexandra you guys need to understand something she’s a young girl she knows that she was out of place she’s not mad at anyone but her horrible coach who made her promises that with all the intense training and hell to endure that was put upon her shoulders she would win first place ofc she trusted her coach and had faith she would would and am not saying the others didn’t train as hard but her coach is known for brutal training courses and thankfully she has a coach now she is more understanding and kind you guys need to learn how to not saying anything you guys to know her and don’t know what she endured.

The poor girl. I can totally see where she is coming from- like for example if I broke world records in soccer and I got second? I would cry too and (likely) quit. Imagine the heartbreak.

That was so heartbreaking to watch I can’t understand Russian but I didn’t need to to see how furious and hurt she was, she was told her first ever five quads by a woman in major comp would get her the gold, frankly it should’ve since that takes strength power and endurance, the second she realised it was taken away she just shattered and broke down…. I was in an international competition. Everyone got medals except me. Everyone didn’t think I was good until they saw me perform, shocked, they watched me get a lot of producers interested in me. I walked away, deciding to put my childhood first. Now years later I’m perusing my career & it’s showing progress. Point being do what you love & don’t be ashamed if you don’t get medals. However yes she’s worked hard & under too much pressure in my opinion. Poor kid.
