Kristen is a such a natural on camera! You are great together! Keep up the wonderful work. You are a key info source for us as we plan our move to central Florida-hopefully soon.🙂
Great video! Love winter park. Park ave, breakfast at Briarpatch or at the Glass Knife nearby, boat ride on Morse ave, stroll on Rollins’ college grounds or at the Leu’s gardens nearby, dinner at the Hillstone at sunset overlooking the lake…
I love Winter Park, is where I work, and where I lived for 3+ years before buying a condo in the downtown Orlando north quarter district area. Now I'm 15 minutes away from Winter park, I can drive or take the sun rail to work. and Only 30 minutes from Disney.
I looked briefly at that new library, and although the architecture looks wonderful and the employees are friendly and professional, There’s not so many nooks to actually read and it’s mainly an event library.
They should make Park Avenue a pedestrian area only because so many people are driving up and down there when Walkers need to cross it’s becoming a little dangerous for walkers.
I use Sunrail , but when it does not run on weekends, that means people cannot use it to go to festivals and then they have a problem with parking so that adds other troubles
Yes! Thank you! At UCF it’s so nice to study at coffee shops in winter park, or go to brunch with mentors! A really fancy place to spend the day nearby. 🙌🏼 So many memories with friends there.
Winter Park is best the place to live I am the winter park hype man like JJ is for hunters creek, buy in the 32789 zip. Winter Park is big so the best area is 32789. The closer you are to the Park ave the nicer the homes. The Via's is a very nice area. Safe and nice people in Winter Park.
Moved to downtown Orlando last year from LA. Still haven’t got a chance to go to winter park. My question is is there a lot of dog friendly places there?
While it's true that W.P. has some of the largest/most expensive homes in C.F.; I believe that the actual sq. footage/sale price records are mostly still in Isleworth/Windermere. (& Lake Butler Sound?) And now maybe also in Disney's Golden Oak(?)
If you break it down by the neighborhood, Golden oak is the highest price per sqft. Isleworth is close behind. But if you look at 32836 (the orlando area GO is a part of) and Windermere in general, the average is sub-$1M. WP is over $1M average at this point. Guess it just depends on how you chop up the data
Viewers may want to know that there is the difference between the CITY OF WINTER PARK, which is its own entity with governing body and services, versus a Winter Park address, that may be affiliated with unincorporated Orange County. There is a difference in taxes and services.
@@kenpozek what is the difference between living in the city of Winter Park and a Winterpark address and how do you tell? I really want to know I’m considering moving there, but I don’t know what I want yet I condominium or. ?
Man it was such a slow finish. House been on the market for a month. Getting consistent showings. Still toying with the idea of leasing it out too. I’ll update as soon as I have the final numbers 💪🏽
