In this video I travel to the beautiful Lake Jasna in Kranjska Gora to photograph the lake at sunset. Jasna often freezes in winter, and so it is a great place for some winter photography and sunset photography.
Lake Jasna is an artificial lake with a stunning view across the Julian Alps in western Slovenia. This is the easternmost part of the European Alps, and the beautiful section you see here is of Mount Razor and Mount Prisojnik.
While there was a lot of high cloud, I still manage to get some colour in the end.
In this video I also show you how and why I have composed my image and why I also moved my composition later. I also give you a tip on how to use your white balance to avoid the snow looking blue.
