Its just goes to show that you don't need perfect weather for a good days fishing, if you can stand the elements and sit through it and persevere it can be very rewarding.

@@CatchFishingChannel I’m getting better mate and improving on the accuracy. A lot of it is confidence too, especially in a match scenario. The swing you have is seamless, I tend to hesitate sometimes but like you said, it’s just spending more time on the bank. Merry Xmas to you and the family. 🎣🎄

Jamie, next time you are in the Midlands area, go and try a fishery called the Riddings, it's close to junction 10 M42. There is a couple of lakes that have plenty of skimmers in , fish the same as you did in the video and you should have a very productive session 😉 👍

Great video Jamie, just shows the fare weather brigade are potentially missing out on good days sport. Think I prefer winter fishing for silvers, although my arthritic hands don't😒😒
