Try fly fishing; caddis fly with bead head nymph tied 4 to 6 inches below from the crook of the caddis hook. Fast current requires quick mending. Good luck.
Nice man I was at the powerhouse yesterday, the water is still high and flowing fast only fished for about 40 minutes caught a nice rainbow on a 2" white curly tail grub. I made a short video of it
@@AaronsOutdoor1 Last weekend i caught 8. 2 were 14.5" 1 was 13" and the other the usual smaller size. I went this morning and I only caught 2 10-11" ones. Seemed like a slow morning for everyone today.
