No Halloween or Christmas celebration is complete without our Jacob, welcome to the city, you are in my home, town, planning a trip to film, check the weather and how it behaves and plan your packing and you will have the right clothes for the trip, I travel a lot and I check the weather pattern for the time of year where I am going and pack that way. Glad you enjoyed the Winterfest, we went a week ago and liked it. The rollercoasters don’t run in the winter because they are not designed to and the lubricants on them start to freeze.

Jacob I grew up in in a one light town. When the local steam would freeze we would go ice skating on it! I only broke my wrist once!

Hi Jacob, great video! A word of advice, get yourself a warm hat, mittens, scarf and boots. You'll be visiting in Rochester too, you're gonna need em! Being from the south you may not know that you lose a lot of body heat through your head and feet

Ya your back up north again ! You know it's funny. I never been to winterfest growing up near the park. I never ever been to winterfest well when it was owned by Paramount or the sister company. Whoever ran the parks, it used to be called Holiday in the park and then when cedar took over the park they changed it the holiday in the park. So yeah, it's great to know your backup in my hometown of Vaughn

I couldn't imagine going to a amusement park in the season in a cold area. I can do a couple of hours at our local Christmas attractions but a day at a theme park!

Falling on ice as an adult is no joke. I agree with your choice to not take up ice skating. Having to make videos from a wheelchair might be a bit of a challenge.

While Jacob's fears about ice skating seem a tad... excessive, I have to agree with the part about falling and breaking something. I don't even like walking on ice with work boots, and their soles have more surface area than skates. 🙂

You'd probably do okay skating with one of those frames to help you out. You got a good view of the almost full moon with the roller 🎢 Six Flags Over Texas usually does a Holiday in the Park 🎅☃️🎄

I know Kings Dominion's version of Winterfest has a parade and the main indoor show, Tinker's Toy Factory, was slightly altered (I haven't seen the original or the new versions, but I hear some parks changed Tinkers for 2022). You are not allowed to record Tinker's, but it is a popular show too

In Victorian times, it was customary to tell ghost stories at Christmas time (which is why A Christmas Carol was so very popular), so Boo Blasters is more than appropriate for a holiday celebration! The fruit you showed on your fork was a cranberry. The yellow-orange dried fruit in the stuffing was the apricot.

I really think you should visit the jimi Hendrix/rock n roll / sci-fi museum in Seattle Washington I went when I was 15 and it was really cool and as well the aquarium and pikes market place. But there's a lot in Seattle you could visit I promise
