At last I was able to make an official soundtrack for this version of the song by Cassidy Ladden and Kathryn Raio, which was never properly released! Only the first 5 seconds or so contain sound effects, and the rest is a fully clean soundtrack!
There are some official Winx channels on several Chinese websites such as "Youku", and this video in particular contained extended, sfx-less parts to the song: v.youku.com/v_...

This is my 2nd favorite Winx club song of all time and my favorite season of all. Season 5 was the first season I watched and i just adore this amazing song so many great memories. I cry every time i hear this song cause it reminds me of when i first watched Winx club

Elisa Rosselli actually sang this song! Unfortunately Elisa is credited in the ending credits so there's no way to know who exactly sang it. However, it's safe to say that the singers of "We're The Winx" (Cassidy and Kathryn) sang in Magic Of Tonight too. It doesn't sound like Hillary sang here. We may never get the full version of "We're The Winx" unfortunately :(
