👡👠🩰 love your weekly WIP & Chats. So glad to hear you so happy and sharing all the things that bring you joy. My Mom also diamond paints and enjoys it. I introduced her. Also i have grown kids now and some grand kids. The teenage years are challenging. A very dear friend of my family has said, "Every phase/stage in a child's life is special." That statement is so true. Looking forward to your log book video. Have a great week!

I can just see your mom using a meat tenderizer…..in my head I could see the bag explode and diamonds everywhere. 😂 I would love to see a video of you and your mom diamond painting together, and to have her share what she’s learned. Heia 🤗 I am TOTALLY "borrowing" your moms brilliant idea!!!! I have a set of drills that are sticking together, and a nephew that loves pounding things, so this is a great way to combine my to worlds🤣 When I first started DP I recorded the time for each kit. The 3 and the 8 kit was the same picture, and it was fun to see how much faster I had gotten in between: The first picture tok 115 hours and the second picture tok 90,5 hours. Both where single placed and only 3 months apart! So I would love to see a time comparison on your 2 kits😊 I hope you have a great week, and please tell your mom to come up more with new ways to do our craft👍 Best wishes from Norway 🤗🤗🤗 🥿🥿

👠 I did buy from DIYamond dELights! They sold out of quite a bit. All the succulents and the cat DP sticker and the cat bookmark. Elvira is seriously so kind and laid back. Oh my gosh the Hungry Caterpillar story was so heart touching 😍😍😍 I love littles. Mine say funny things all day long and it’s always the highlights of our day.

I'm an autistic plane spotter and aviation enthusiast from the uk me and my dad go down the local airports and video the aircraft landing and taking off. Aviation and plane spotting is one of my releases from my anxiety.

I love that your mother created a new way to separate stuck together drills. 😂🤣. When my mom was alive, she loved being in the kitchen baking and cooking and often came up the most unlikely hacks. They always worked though. 🥿👠

Loved the video. Next time I am going to give the tenderizer trick with the stuck diamonds. I had to throw a couple away yesterday. I watch your technique and I am thinking of trying the thin metal multiplacer. Thank you for the video. Oh and I watch Star wars and star trek, SG and alot of fantasy. Read alot too. I hardly pressed and I could see scratches on the canvas so I don’t use the ceramic. The seam ripper is amazing for me.

👠👠👠👠Hi Katie, good morning from Los Angeles County. Great WIP and chat. Glad your parents are in town. My Granddad Clarence George Warman was from Columbus, OH. How am I, well I tripped over a rug coming in the house on Friday. Thought nothing of it. Later that evening I was Diamond painting. I sit at the 1965 dining room table, in a dining room chair with hasn't had new seats since 1982. I went to get up to get something and my lower back made a loud pop! Well, that was not fun. Now I can hardly walk, or sit up. I actually injured myself tripping on the rug, it was took my ADHD brain until the evening to realize I had injured my back. I remember when Star Trek first came on. I saw the Star Wars movies when first released. I started watching Dr. Who when Jon Petree was the doctor. My parents and sister conned me into watching Dr. Who because I thought it was a show about a clown. Enjoy your time in Texas at the retreat. I would love to go to a retreat, but very afraid to travel by myself. Are most going have their own channels? I am glad your Mom and friends enjoy Diamond painting. My parents and sister have passed, and my friends think Diamond painting is a hobbie for young ladies from ages 15-25. So no support there. The other complaint they have is Diamond painting is way to easy. Well, that is nice you stable geniuses, you are in a round about way saying I am stupid. I believe because of my ADHD I need support. I will check the Facebook retreat page. On Friday evening I had to give my Weiner - Beagle a low dose asprin. He was favoring his right front leg. He is no longer limping. YAY! Love all your videos, and always look forward to watching them.😊😊😊

I'm happy that you are finding joy in so many places. I was wondering about Jessica the other day. You mentioning her reminded me to look for the mouse guard coloringbook that I had completly forgot I wanted. I hope she's well. Have a great retreat and if they don't have Bucees in Cali, be sure to soak up the awesomeness of it in TX. My husband had a what the hell is this moment the first time he went. 🩰

I bought this mermaid DP painting in the hybrid version along with In The Library 2 weeks ago after watching your handcharted version. It was my first order and I forgot to add the optional gridlines. I emailed the customer service shortly after, no response. I facebook messaged her, no response. I sent another followed email, no response. It's been like 10 days. I'm a big fan of supporting small businesses like you even if it means a general higher price point for great quality and longer wait. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service leaves a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will purchase from the shop again regardless of the quality. It really saddens me because I love quite a few of the canvases, heard great things about the quality especially on customs and would have loved to purchase more once I try out the first 2....

I have 2 firefly trays, and I donno if I'm just rough, but both of them have been damaged just by me using them. I love to use micro glue dots in my single placer because you don't have to replace it all the time. I'm using the pink DAC wax in my multiplacer so far.

I grew up with Star Trek, saw Star Wars in the theatre when it first came out, LOVE LOVE LOVE Stargate SG1, Quantum Leap, the Highlander and everything else Sci-Fi Fantasy. I love reading books, but cannot stand romance novels at all. The Seeker of Truth series was awesome. 😜🥿🧦🩰🥾
