Hi Shay thanks for another great WIP and Chat. I'm so glad you are all doing good and enjoying extra time together. I had doing the bathroom. Then the bedroom our bed (my side) is against the wall. I have a bad left arm and it is a real fight just to put the pillow cases on and shake and the bottom sheet. Dean does the quilt cover. Today I started sorting some things out in our bedroom. Making sure the radiator had nothing fallen behind ect and hovering I then got a few boxes out to sort through. Ummmmmmm. Lol I put Anthony on whilst busy but went of in a world of my own so will have to rewatch. Love to all x Ellie x

Shay you are doing amazing with Ryan! The fact that a teenage boy knew he could turn to his mom even if it was uncomfortable. I know as a teenage girl I would deal with my mental issues on my own because I didn't want to upset my parents. Creators are reaching out to you because you have such a great heart. That is amazing. You are a perfect mentor for new creators

I have in hospital for depression and anxiety a few times and living in a assisted living facility ( I am disabled) I do video counseling/group every week I moved out of a bad living situation/relationship a months ago but I am doing well now love watching your videos they help with my anxiety along with diamond painting thank you so much for being real and honest about life you help more than you ever know

I’m so glad that you and Randee have such an amazing friendship and that she was there as your “emotional support person.” 🥰. As the caregiver working so hard to help Ry, it’s important that you take care of yourself. As the saying goes, you can’t pour into someone else if you’re running on empty.

I had such a great time with you and Randee this Sunday ❤️ I was all giddy after, my poor husband 😅😅 David and I usually help eachother with putting on new bedding, that way it goes faster 🙂 I am almost done with my Halloween witch canvas, so hopefully I will be all done tomorrow or Saturday, depending on how much time I have to Diamond Paint 💎 My thoughts are with Ryan all the time and I hope this program will be everything he needs and that he will enjoy being there ❤️

I was doing the dishes & cooking while listening. Happy to hear that Ryan is in a great program. They can be very difficult to find. Randeeeeeee is a gift to all who know her. 💞 My son didn’t get his drivers license until he was 19. He said since he didn’t have his own car why bother learning how to drive… 🙄 Hope you have a wonderful week!

Hey Shay, thanks for the WIP and chat. Sounds like you had a better week! Glad to hear things are looking up. I hope they continue. I am working on Butterfly Dragon from DAC right now. This weekend i will be working on getting my basement cleaned up and reorganized. I'm right there with you on changing all the bedding. It is a lot of work and my least favorite chore.

My least favorite household chore is cleaning the bathroom. Finishing my November dessert cup! Recovering from knee replacement but getting better everyday! Crazy bunny encounter. Thanks for the video! Looking forward to Patreon on Monday! It’s freezing here in Pennsylvania. Back in the 70s on the weekend.

I'm so happy he had the courage to reach out to you and to go through all the steps to work toward getting better. It's certainly a journey and he'll have good days and bad days. Knowing that he has your love and support is really huge. Mental health is difficult and it isn't made any easier by the stigma of mental health in addition to being a man with mental health struggles. I enjoyed his card trick on the live so tell him to keep up the excellent work! My brother is 17 and he's just now going for his driving test. His appointment is tomorrow. 🤞 He actually walks to and from school every day so you'd think he'd be motivated to get his license, but he hasn't seemed interested until recently. I think he only got his learner's permit because our dad was encouraging him to get started on it.

My number one, most hated house chore is hand washing dishes!!! Luckily my husband doesn’t hate it. So he does it a lot. But I seriously wish everything could just go into the dishwasher!

doing good. its raining and 50 degrees .. I'm working on Craftibly mystery. the travel one and loving it. I hate dusting. We don't have a furnace so should more often but there's so much to do. hate it. I too hate dog slurping. esp. when they wake me up with it. love Hannah. she's fun. hugs and love.

Your shopping with Shay and Ryan was great, loved how excited he got over the hot wheels and your pumpkins were really cute! This month has been a hard one for me. I've been feeling like I need to probably reach out for my mental health. Been really lonely and really stressed at home and at work. Not sleeping well and not really wanting to do what I need to. I did have Parent/Teacher conference for my two little boys and that went really well. They both are doing really goon in math. So, that was some good news! No plans for the weekend. Hope yours is great!

Shay good luck with Ryan. So many parents think “it’s a phase or they’ll grow out of it”. Good for you to intervene early, wish my family would have done that for me when I was a teen. I lost my son 1 & 1/2 years ago to an accidental overdose, he was 21. He’s lucky to have you, never give up. 💕

Get mole skin in the foot care department at the grocery store. It has adhesive on one side and it’s soft on the other side and you can just put it on the edge of the neck of Lou’s costume. For your poor bunny, and little creatures in the pool, there are ramps with astros turf you can get to put at the waters edge so if they do get “chased 🤨 our 4 legged kids yes mine do it too” they have an exit to safety in case your not around to hear the splash. I am so glad you and the family had a better week! Yay way to go on the driving Nate! Lou you rock for helping out and walking home with a friend. But at the end of the day you all came back as one and dad showed his hand and taught you all a new card game. Shay hang in there girl it’s getting better just remember to breathe. Laundry…It’s never ending

Yeah, I live in yoga pants. I actually had to buy a couple new pairs of jeans, because it's been in the 40s in VA earlier than last year

Shay, a word of advise I’ve been where you are 3 times with 2 out of 3 of my kids. Once with my middle at age 16-17, due to them being abducted and molested and 5 months later attempting suicide by stabbing themselves in front of me and my 2 other kids. The 2nd and 3rd time with my youngest in 2019 and 2020 ( in the height of Covid) for self-harming and a show of attempted suicide. I know you want to be there for everyone but please please remember that self care is extremely important! You can’t care for everyone else if you neglect yourself. I didn’t have a choice as a single disabled divorced mom with sole custody. My ex left the country so as not to pay child support and alimony. My mom had passed in 2005. My dad flat out refused to help me during the first occurance as I was driving myself to the hospital not knowing if my kid was alive or dead ( the cops wouldn’t let me in the ambulance). I called my dad to stay with my 2 kids who just witnessed their sibling stabbing themselves in the abdomen blood all over the kitchen floor . My dad’s excuse was he was staying with my nieces 19 & 15 because my brother was on vacation with his girlfriend. I hear in the background my nieces telling my dad go that their cousins needed him more. I’m telling you now 12 years later and 2 more major crisis later because I could not allow myself to fall apart or had time to properly process and get help for myself it is now talking it’s toll on me as I fear I may be heading towards a 3rd crisis with my youngest trying to get services in place before they get worst. They’re 16 autistic, bipolar and transgender and off meds due to an incompetent psychiatric nurse practitioner in their specialized ISP school program. Please do not neglect yourself because you’re too worried about everyone else. …. Anastasia

My husband forced me to get my license when I was 21 when I was pregnant with our second child (he didn't want to chauffer us around for that first year of doctor appointments lol) and I still went for my permit and got my license at 22. 14 years later and nobody drives me, but me. So in time Nate will drive a lot more I'm sure.
