In this WIP Wednesday Vanessa will be playing around on her new HandiQuilter Moxie Longarm Quilting Machine.
She will test out some of the features of the NEW Handi Quilter Moxie Longarm quilting machine including different stitching modes, how much quilting space she has in one pass, stitch lengths and checking out the stitch quality while stitching out some designs.

This is exactly the info I was looking for. Also it was great that you showed how the different stitching modes work. I really appreciate this! 💜 I missed a few WIP Wednesdays, and I’ve been playing catch-up. So glad I found this one you told me was on here someplace! I’m brand new to long arm quilting.... I need videos from the very beginning... how to load the quilt, how to check and adjust the tension, do I practice with the same fabric as the quilt or just any fabric?

Thanks for doing the WIP. I ended up purchasing this machine at the beginning of January. Would you go from side to side or up and down then side to side? Also on my "P" setting the alarm goes off but in you demo it did not what causes the alarm to go off?

I just got my moxie and can’t find out how to get the machine to run any spend it goes really slow the needle goes up and down real slow

Are there stencils (like plastic trays with grooves so the machine is guided) included or available with this machine? I saw them at my long armer but not sure the name of them.
