Thank you, Jessie!! I finally understand what WIPGO is all about. Talk about late to the party, though - watching at the end of July - but I'm going to try a mini-version for the rest of the year and do it properly in 2025. If, like me, you’re watching in April and regretting missing the WIPGO boat, allow me to point out that if you disregard 13/free space, the remaining numbers to be called starting in May will fit neatly onto a 4x4 grid!

Great Wipgo Tutorial❤️. I am doing 60 starts for my 60th bday in 2023. Going to try multiple boards with Wips and categories to accommodate new starts. Not sure how it'll work, but it's gonna be fun trying 🤪

I heard about WIPGO after watching a Carolina Stitchers video. Cross-stitchers have such fun and effective ways of managing their WIPS. Although I am primarily a monogamous stitcher, I have allplied these fun ideas to my other fiber hobbies. Thank you.

I am making a MYSGO board for 2023. I subscribe to Hunt A Killer and Deadbolt Mystery Society. I also buy single box mysteries by A Killing Affair, Murder Mystery Party Case Files and Thinkfun. I have a pile of unsolved cases so I am making a MYS(tery)GO board. I am using Siri to assign numbers 1-25 to the boxes. I will play/solve the cases that match the WIPGO numbers called.

I'm not great at following "arbitrary" rules so always felt WIPGO wouldn't work for me (though I enjoy watching everyone else play). But you gave me some ideas for thinking about how I can play yet still keep my project choices flexible. I'm in!

That's my second year I'll be join8ng wipgo. Last year (2022) I managed a blackout on December 30th! This year I've made a much more flexible wipgo board, so I set the goal when the numbe4s are called, according to my free time. My wipgo board only has the projects on it!

Thank you for explaining it so well. I heard about it from different flosstubers and it kind of made me curious. I will think a bit if I will join it, its not easy. My stitching depends mostly on my health-condition and so I might not be able to get goals at all. But there are surely ways to fit it for me, so I think it over. Have a good year! Thanks for explaining this. I only have 1 WIP - but have been cross stitching since I was a wee thing. I have the Lady of the Flag I want to finish this year so this WIPGO board is going to be a great way of getting those hours in. I also want to start a new project that I have kitted and ready to go. And I want to start a sampler this year as well. Hoping to end the year with just 1 WIP - but we shall see.

I'm excited to be joining this fun world of Wipgo. half way through the year and who know's how many years late. But better late than never. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to do a catch up for the first five months of this year or not. But like you said I can change out whatever doesn't work. My board my rules lol. Thanks Jesse. I am returning to stitching and someone pointed me to this video as a tutorial.For feedback on this video, it may be helpful to present the concept of WIPGO (a bingo style board with xyz) with a second layer of goals and a call. Then presenting the examples of each of those concepts. This is the board with projects, here are the goals, here is the call. Explanation of WHO is making the CALL or WHERE to find the CALL. You were over 5 minutes in before you presented the board, 19 minutes before you showed the list of calls with no explanation of who or where to find those, and 21 minutes before you presented a sample board. At the end of it, I still don't feel like I have the concept/idea or complete understanding.
