I am now dying for some of my potato salad. I use a mayonnaise that has olive oil in it so I feel it’s a little healthier 😅. I’m working on The Dance (1878) by Alphonse Mucher for Summer with the Masters. I am loving it. I really enjoy listening to you. I,too, have been reading a lot lately but it is good for my soul

My hardest diamond painting is my current WIP. Bruno the Stained Glass Pug from DAC. It's HUGE and lots of confetti. It's a gift for a friend. I've been working on it for 3.5 months. The end is in sight though! 8 more sections and I've got about 3 weeks until her birthday 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thanks for the video , I am one of the one that loves confetti more than blocking 😂 I only finised one of the J Wall from deutchlan, but want todo more , just love the Max color . It's me! And it was super challenging but had fun doing it and DEFINITELY made me make some significant progress on my WIPs I was also the one who loved your nails on Ig hehe, took a screenshot and will show it to my nail tech next time I go And I think my answer to the bbq will be different, as we, in my country do basically meat, different cuts of meat and tacos, quesadillas, guacamole and all the fun mexican stuff

I had to Make a German Potato Salad for a 80th birthday German theme party. It turned out really good. I had to do a lot of research for that party.

Oh, pulled pork BBQ sandwiches with mac & cheese on top is where it's at. (Or mac & cheese with pulled pork on top--take your pick!) I would say finish up that custom (didn't that have a lot of confetti too?) and then try again with the Jaded Gem shop. One at a time is plenty!

For your barbecue you could make a mustard salad instead of potato salad. The only difference is use mustard instead of mayonnaise. We also potatoes cut in half drizzled with olive oil and some basil. We cook those and the top shelf of the barbecue. ❤😊❤

Hey Rachel, Try Miracle Whip for the potato salad or Macaroni Salad, can use it for anything you use Mayo for. It has spices in it that makes things taste even better.

Totally going to try that recipe, sounds delicious! As someone invited to a BBQ I always bring deviled eggs! I can't believe you are going to part with the DPD Dragon... I love that one!!!! But I totally understand your dislike of confetti. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. Honestly, I rarely think about the diamond painting while I'm doing it cause i'm listening to youtube or an audio book and just mindlessly placing the drills, then before I know it a section is done and i take a moment to appreciate the beauty before moving on to the next.

I finished my Dragon Seasons. Took me about 6 weeks to complete, but it looks AMAZING! It was my very first round drill painting, and I am still not a fan of round. That being said, I would do one again if I just HAVE to have a painting that does not come in a square drill. 😊

My lunch was not healthy. It was coffee and popcorn. I grew up on the mayonnaise based macaroni and potato salad as well. As an adult, I have gotten away from that and make a baked potato casserole or a corn casserole. I also discovered German potato salad quite some time ago and make that. I love anything with vinegar and mustard in it. I liked baked beans, but not the sweet, kind the kind I make usually has some chopped up onion and little bits of jalapeño added to it.

Lunch was half of a chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and fruit. Peanut butter and chocolate cookie for dessert. I love horses too. Luna must have been chasing a squirrel or a rabbit, she’s a good girl. Have a wonderful party for your friend. I am sure she will love your chocolate cake and that you thought of her. Save me a piece, just kidding. Chocolate and I are best friends and go way back lol. Let us know when you find Cauldron of Mer. Time for a break.

We always have baked beans and deviled eggs at our barbecue be sure to add some brown sugar to your baked beans and maybe even a little bit of bacon yum yum

I’m not sure which is my favorite so far, but I can tell you which one I’m hating. I’m doing the older DAC version of Starry Night. After experiencing the newer kits, I am struggling with the older drills and the gapping. I feel like I want to push them together to make them tight, but then they don’t lineup so then I pick a spot on the squares and try to be consistent, but then the gaps drive me crazy and I go back to pushing them together and the whole thing looks horrible in my eyes. I can’t wait to finish it and hide it away.🤣

I realize my screen time does not take into account the things I’m doing while I’m listening to wip and chats and audiobooks. I almost always have one or the other on a while I diamond paint or while I’m preparing dinner before my husband gets home.
