Can you please tell me is Crookwell Wiradjuri mob? I've recently in the last few years found out I am Koori, from the Crookwell area near the NSW/VIC border. Is this Wiradjuri? My grandfather was well known in the area, as Ringo the Dingo. He and my father have passed on, and we have since confirmed we are Koori. So I am trying to learn more, and first thing is....who is my mob?
Hello, I hope this comment finds you well and in good health. I am unsure if you have gotten the information you need, but from a quick Google search, it seems your mob may be Gundungurra or Durang. However, I could be wrong since many people migrate and move around it is possible that your family came from Wiradjuri. i hope this helps and if not I'm sorry for wasting your time.
