You can use the Coremelt Slice X plugin for FCPX. Great for removing objects. Possibly much hassle to remove lines. Have not tested it out. You also got Mocha Pro. Madly expensive. Sorry to say that AfterEffects is the best choice. You´ll get it for $20 a month in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Very impressive. I can only tell if I'm searching for it. However - I can't use it. I'm a DaVinci Resolve user and am not interested in paying $53/month for legitimate access to After Effects. I have some ideas on how to get rid of it using Resolve/Fusion, but need some clean source footage to test it.
