Wire Bender / Thick Wire Processing by MB13-3DC / AOI SPRING 

ピアノ線（A種）の Φ8.0mm の曲げ加工にトライした様子をご紹介しております。
使用している設備はMB13-3DC（丸昭機械㈱） という設備です。
ピアノ線は鉄線よりも素材が硬く、曲げるためにはかなりの力が必要ですが、
全自動・素早く・スムーズに曲げることができました。

We have tried the bending of Φ8.0mm thickness piano wire (SWP-A) by MB13-3DC (Marushow Engineering Co., Ltd.) in this video. Piano wire is a hard material compared to ordinary iron wire, therefore it requires strong force to bend. This machine can bend some thick wire materials such as Φ13.0mm iron wire quickly and smoothly.
※As for spring steel wire, it is possible to bend thick wires up to Φ7 mm.
