葵スプリングで日々製作している「ばねアート」の製作をご紹介します。
「ばねアート」とは・・・
ばね用の鋼線で製作するワイヤーアート作品のことです。1本の線材で製作されているので、一筆書きでデザインを考える必要があります。絵を描くのが好きな葵スプリングの製造スタッフが取り組んでいます。
加工に使用しているのは「ワイヤーフォーミングマシン」という機械で、普段は「ねじりコイルばね」や「引張コイルばね」といった様々なばねを製作しています。

-"BANE" means "spring" in Japanese.
We, AOI SPRING, call the wire art we produce with steel wire for springs "BANE ART." The production of BANE ART is not so easy because it is necessary to think of a design with a single stroke. The AOI SPRING staff, who loves to draw, is working on this project.
