I hope you post more videos on this craft because you have answered more questions for me than even google seems to be able to! So, thank you for your time in making these for the public! :)
Thank you for watching. I had to take a long break from wire craft due to injury from the craft. Life grabbed me up but I am trying to get back into it. I will try to do more videos when I can. Glad this video was some help. Thanks for watching.
I tried aluminum only once when i first started and i did not like how it wrapped or bent. It may have been bad wire, i do not know, but i settled on copper for the feel. Soft copper holds well and shapes easily.
I take 2 or 3 wires per bunch and fold in half, into a loop. That loop goes over one end of 2 twisted wires of an end branch and i twist one of the end branches 2 wires and twist it together with one of the bunches of 2 or 3 wires looped over. Then do the other side. Watch the video segment that shows the process. If u missed a step or skipped around, it will create confusion. I am more than happy to help. Let me know if this helped or if i can assist further.
I am unsure of the "v" side. I will bend a group of wires into a 'v' to twist them together. Gives more grip. Or I may refer to one end branch of 2 wires a 'v'.
@@mikeevans-nomadicaspiratio3672 do you have any more videos or are you planning to? I think it would help if you were explaining. If possible? I have made a few trees but i want to make them better.
I have a 4 lengthy videos on how i make a wall hanger tree, it does not show to attach other color wire for the leaves but uses all wire of a same color. I will try to do future videos of just small steps. It may be a while, work is starting to take off for me and wire and tutorial videos take time.
