Hey there. How's your experience been with this box almost a year later? I just purchased one and have been reading spotty reviews on the forums. Most specifically, and like everybody else, I'm wondering about the audio quality. Do you think it's serviceable? Would love any of your thoughts. Thanks!

Where did you use the fiber optic Cable and Loop supplied in the kit or if it is even necessary to use? I have an issue with the system not consistently playing audio while on CarPlay. Radio and aux with normal CIC function works but as soon as I head into the mr 12 volt. It may or may not work and I have not been able to find/identify a pattern as to what makes it work or not. But I did not use the FO loop.

Does it work or have issues until you code it? I dont have bimmercode.

Where did you buy the car play device from? I got the aftermarket screen that has car play, the 1 you have seems way better everything plugs in to OEM, I want it also lol

is there a way to make the original lvds cable (blue end) longer? mine is really short and i can't plug it in the original ccc idrive... I can't pull it any longer
