Thank you, as usual, Brandon! VDJ has tons of awesomeness built in, with new stuff being continually added. This one may not be my thing, but it will be something cool for others. . This is just a call to the Windows 10 "Project" function. I tried doing the wireless connect with a Roku at home, but didn't like the degraded video quality and stuttering, even wired at 1Gbps. I run a nVidia GTX 1060, so the graphics card isn't the issue. It seems like something to do at home with an existing network, but not really a live DJ thing. A home party or something where the music is background, maybe. . I've been using an HDMI splitter off the second HDMI port to run a couple of cabled monitors. Was thinking about going to a wireless TX/RX set to move them around. It still seems like the way to go for me.
Good move but been doing this for years with airplay and apple TV. You took the device out to do it direct. The down side is, you have to buy new TV for it to work which still cheaper to buy apple TV still.
Hi, I have a Macbook Air and using Virtual DJ and i am connect to external tv, how do i make the Karaoke screen stop on the tv screen and on my Macbook air screen just see the decks so i can search for next songs. any advice would be great im just new to this.
Have you been able to get it to work? I can't see that "Wireless Display" option either. Tech support says that the PC and Tv has to be connected with Miracast and on same WIFI. I will test out again in a few days. im working on getting a new latop setup now. Have you been able to get it to work yet?
