I see you are an expert for canon, I have a 3411 model with original inks and I have a problem that my pictures fade after 2 months and that's on original canon photo paper, I tried different models of paper, but the same thing. I used the ip3000 model before and had the same problem. It didn't happen to me with epson, is it normal for canon or ?
Tnx for the comment. Canon has different ink quality in different models. First you need to use Canon paper like GP201 phooto paper pluss glossy. The G3411 is not the best, nee generation of G3460 has improved inks. For longetivity for photos models with Chromalife are recommended. From G series these are G540 G640 models. From cartridge models there are TS6300 TS5300 series that have chromalife inks. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0pNvmXierg4.htmlsi=6OQ2v6tDxnuazpbo
For the WiFi thing, does it have to be which device do we connect to? For example if we use a laptop, do we download the PIXMA app on the laptop? Would really like to know.
For installing to laptop just start the installation from the web download or from the supplied DVD and follow the steps. I did not make video on G3010, but only for newer G3020 G3060 model, installations are similar and here I cover all the drivers, software and scan utility about Canon PIXMA G series ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dkzNYB69PIk.html
Hello please help. I am having issues. When I connect to printer wifi, then when I try to connect to my wifi, I cannot find my network at all. Only other networks show but not mine.
I have been trying this set-up for days and I keep ending with an E32 error. I have even reset the printer to factory settings to delete previous set-ups... nothing works... I'm desperate because I never had any issue before seeting it up. I moved and have a new wifi set-up with a wifi extender on which I try to connect it without success. I've even tried to connect it to the direct router, but nothing happens... After few seconds on the step "communicating with printer" to set-up the connection, the error pops up on the printer Any guesses ?
Try to run print head clean or deep clean if color does not come out. When print head is cleaned in regular intervals, the color print head should be maintained.
I accidentally reset (I think) the WiFi configuration. I tried to connect the printer to WiFi back, as if it was the first time but neither the app nor the drivers can recognize the device. Any ideas of what I could do?
This model does not support Airprint/MAC, there is G3020 or G3060 series model ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f_tuA1IKtEM.html See all models here
@@PrintCloud Why is that not written on the box or the staff selling it tell the customers. I don't have an android phone. I only have an iphone and a macbook pro. I will never ever buy any Canon products ever again.
