Drug laws are unconstitutional. We all have the right to pursue happiness in our own way as long as it does not infringe upon anybody else's right to pursue happiness in their own way. Deciding what substance you can, or do not (vaccines), put into your own body does not infringe upon anyone else's right to pursue happiness in their own way. If somebody misbehaves while a particular substance is in their body, there is already a law in existence to punish the person for that bad behavior, I am sure of it! The substance within the body should have nothing to do with the behavior. Because people commit those offensive behaviors without a substance in their body all the time. And people with substances in their bodies do not commit those offenses all of the time. Drug laws are all unconstitutional.
What about recording police OVER THE PHONE in the course of their official duties? The police call you or you call the police over the telephone, can you record without telling them? Also what happens if someone in PA calls NJ, can a NJ resident record as NJ is a single party consent state? love to know both answers and suggestion, link your firm's information in the description box to get potential clients.
Pa wiretap laws are nonsense and I am challenging the law. I live in a recorded, live streamed environment. My home, vehicle and outside environment are recorded all of the time. I use the speaker on my phone while talking to people while being recorded. I dare someone to file charges against me!
