How do you know that u have a cyst? Do you feel painful?

@@user-nz4bg7nl9l My cysts were not painful. I only found out I had them when my dentist did an X-ray and said I had to get the cysts removed.

​@@user-nz4bg7nl9l i also had the same and no, you dont feel any pain. when i went for my other teeth problem the doctor said that i have really bad problem and need surgery. mine happened years ago and i didnt take the tooth out, but got braces to get it out. and now the tooth is almost coming

The operation was done by giving local anaesthesia or a general one?

@@implantsprocenter1234 Thanks! It's been almost a month now that I had my wisdom teeth removed. Thankfully, my jaw did not break. The doctor put me on a liquid diet for a month (just a few days left). Most of the feeling returned in the right side of my jaw. The left side is slowly getting better, but still very numb. Thanks for your video......it helped me become informed and lessened my anxiety a bit.

How about the healing process is it painful even u take pain killer? How many hours that will help u the pain killer?

@@user-nz4bg7nl9l The oral surgeon prescribed me Vidoden as a pain killer. I didn't use it, though. Advil worked just fine. I would take two or three 200mg Advils every 4 to 6 hours. I took Advil for a few days until the swelling and pain subsided. The back of my mouth was sensitive for many weeks, so I had to be gentle when brushing back there. It's been about two years now since my surgery and my mouth is healthy!

Is it impacted or not

Best thing is to ask your doctor. It takes at least a few months to recover fully.

@@mclcorp18 It has been more then a year and I can assume it has recovered fully. I didn't have any jaw pain at any point

There wasn't much pain actually. I went for a routine dental visit and they found the cysts during an x-ray.

LaughB3tter I had to wait 2 months because of X-rays and appointments etc, but I had a large cyst just like that one which almost broke my jaw, they removed all the wisdoms and cleared up h the cyst, now I just have to be very careful to not break the jaw by playing sports or chewing any food what do ever for 6 weeks

Lele Nicole unfortunately I did have to pay up front since insurance didn’t cover most of it. I can’t remember the exact number but I had to get a few x-Rays and a 3D X-ray before the surgery + the surgery itself which came up to (I can’t remember the exact number) but I think over 3000 CAD. You may have to take a loan from the bank, but I recently got my post op X-ray and all of the jaw bone has returned. I hope everything works out for you.

Good to know I didn’t get ripped off for mine because I just had this all done to me a couple of days ago and was wondering if the 3,150 USD was overpriced.
