That IS wisdom and a good REMINDER. Cube did have beef with his crew and all that surrounded him at that time, but that was in the moment. Cube did and has love for them, just not how they were acting, THAT was the message. Being older he knows that it leads to nowhere. He has the experience to know that beef does not make your life go forward, it stands still, and goes backwards! Lets be real, what you are mad about today, aint going to matter in 10 yrs, 10 weeks, 10 days, The real GOAT is Stevie Wonder! A man who practices what he preaches. Stevie reminds us ALL, that music brings us together, even when were listening alone. Music is meant to connect, not to distance. With that power comes great responsibility. And whenever you do something, without thinking of the consequences, then YOU will pay the price.

Coming from and audience perspective, the beef is a substitution for popularity...The more creative the "BEEF" the more popular an artist appears. The reality is, is that the "beef" is actually a distraction for the artist that has the most to offer, therefore when the " beef" starts, true creatives decline as for as what he or she has to really offer the music community and the arts, period.
