I resigned in my work 2 months ago for my son and I returned to playing ML to relieved my boredom. This is the first time I was amazed in a gaming team and as the time goes by while watching past games of Blacklist I started to like the veewise. As in I've subscribed in their YT and starting to watch every vids since they started their YT. I love how genuine they are with each other. I am actually shocked and impressed with how much Sir Tryke understand people and see certain things in a different and a in more complex way. Love how he understands Wise's both weaknesses and strengths and trusts him nonetheless and most of all, he knows how to amplify Wise's (his team's) strength without ruining his (their) confidence. He mentioned in his previous turning point interview, that there are certain people with different perspective than the rest and I think Sir Tryke is one of them. Truly amazed with his capability to view things differently than most.
While watching all his previous turning point interviews, I noticed how good he is with words as welll. He knows exactly what to ask, what to say, how to listen, and how to react all while making sure that the person he's interviewing with feels like they're the center of the conversation; which is actually hard. Not anyone you talk to can make you and your stories feel valid. I think there isn't much people who can understand/sympathize with a person that deeply and manifest the words whatever that person needs to hear. Really great job, Sir Tryke.

aside from wise being honest to boss tryke, i think we all need to notice how great of a CEO boss tryke is. i think he manages the organization very well + he listens on what the player needs may it be for the game or outside the game. he picks the right people for this kind of jobs, and he trust them very well that results to a healthy working environment. i personally think that majority of the gaming organizations here in the Philippines should look up to or use Boss tryke as their role model on handling gaming orgs. he may not be perfect, but he is very good on what he’s doing right now. kudos!
