"Wish You Were Here" is one of my very favorite Floyd tunes. This classic was written by Roger Waters & David Gilmour in 1975 and recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London and is still a banger to this day!
I mean, I know it's a cover, but it's not even played correctly. From the main notes between cords to the solo. It sounds like you heard the song ages ago and are just going by memory.
He's holding the guitar. He's in front of the mic. He''s playing a version arranged in his head that means something to him. If it means something too different to you, that's fine. Because that's music. No one hears the same thing exactly the same way. No song means exactly the same thing to every person. If you came here seeking someone replicating note for note w y w h, and you're disappointed that is not what appeared, just move on. No need to stop and question someone else's musicality or interpretation. Expectations are what you make them. He met his expectations and that's what's important. He didn't post this to meet yours. If you don't like what you see, simply move along. Peace.
