The abandoned airfield of Wisley, Surrey.
It is a former wartime airfield, originally a grass airstrip, the runway was converted to tarmac in 1952 and used to test aircraft built at Brooklands (Weybridge) by Vickers. In 1973 flying into the airfield ceased, this was due to the runway been too short for large aircraft and that it was too close to Heathrow airport.
