Making a Witch's Broom for Fall/Halloween Decor or Costume

*1 dead stick or old piece of barked vine approximately 55" long and 2 - 6 inches in circumference
*1 package of raffia ($2.97)
*24 black tea bags (37 CENTS FOR A BOX OF 100)
**NOTE**(if using pre-dyed raffia or you want natural color; you can skip the dying & drying process)
*Scissors
*Old Towel
*Large Pot
*Weight (to keep raffia submerged in pot)
*sheet pan with wire rack
