As a fellow witch, I have an extra tip to protect your home. Most people wouldn’t think much of it but don’t use any door mats or signs that say things like “welcome” or “come on in” etc etc. Don’t want who knows what’s out there to have an easy invite to your home
I'm going to be honest for a half a second I thought in her thumbnail she was standing in her shop but then I realized it was just a background and then it further hit me that she really did do an excellent job theaming her shop
I have a simmering pot every year for Autumn/Winter. I have a pot that is only use for this simmering. We have fruit peddler who come by in the early Autumn, selling oranges, grapefruit and apples. His visit is always my signal to start the pot. I start it with water that I charge in the moonlight, I put Autumnal spices in it (cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, nutmeg, ginger.) Everyone in the family knows that when they eat a piece of fruit that they should add the peels to the simmering pot. I turn it on in the morning when I come into the kitchen and turn it off when I go to bed. I add water as needed (just tap water, but added with intention.) If it starts to get too "mucky" I take it outside and pour it around the edge of the yard and I'll start a new one. I pull the whole cinnamon sticks and cloves out and reuse them when I start the new pot. I've been doing it for years. 🥰 Blessings.
Also remember you can always repurpose the little bags that things come in for other spells: like that green satchet bag with the pentacle and “fall leaves” would be great for a little money spell bag!!!!! 😊❤
Anything can be a magical tool if used with intention. If you’d like a good book that includes threshold magic, I suggest The Magical Household by Scott Cunningham. All of his books are fabulous.
So cleansing your window and doors is very much like cleansing with a sage stick, it's all about the intent like if your intent is to protect your home, to wash away negative energy. To make good energy come in anything really it's all about intent.
Hyssop is pronounced Hiss up, Cherry, and another term for counter clockwise is widdershins and another term for Clockwise is deosil. I love encountering newbies to the Craft. I've been practicing for 31 years. My version of the Craft has been a thing in my family for at minimum 900 years. We brought our practices with us to America when my first ancestors came in the 1700's. there are only 25 witches in my current generation of my dad's family. My dad has been a witch for over half a century. there's a book i will suggest by Scott Cunningham called "the magickal household" that gives a lot of information about creating a happy magickal home and tells about why you wiped down doors and window frames. I highly suggest it.
All of this is so so cool! I’ve been seriously practicing for about five years but have been dabbling at least ten. I’m finally out of the “witches broom closet” for the most part and have started taking lessons through the Wicca academy because I don’t really have many people in my life who are also practicing. It all started for me during a class I took one summer for my fine arts degree. It was based in Scotland (I’m from USA but have Scottish ancestors) and my whole family is very religious so this was a huge part of my life I’ve had to hide. I took a course on Wicca academy that said I come from a long line of powerful witches and I should rely on my ancestors and history while forging my own path. I really resonated with a lot of what it said but none of my personal ancestors or family would ever have been accepting of this lifestyle so I like to believe that this is a part of a past life of mine and I should tap into some of what this past life could have taught me.
19:08 Goal this month is to be healthier and get fit. Practical steps are actual steps Magical steps are to connect with the earth and sunshine while I'm out walking, and to be grateful for my blessings. Cheers to you Cherry
Cherry if you wanted to you could actually take those four stones and play some in the four corners of your property. Which would also serve with some protection on your property instead of just your house
Hey girly!! This was def a super fun and diverse box by Witch Casket! The green color for this box made everything look that much more vibrant. My fave items were the bells, the witch ball, and the key but I loved everything ❤
I love see what's inside Witch Casket and can't wait to get my own home so I can star my subscription. That part of my monthly manifesting. My the loan finally goes through and my husband, kiddo, and I finally get moved into our own place. I'm grateful for the family housing us but I need my own space lol
This was my first Witch Casket box, and I absolutely Adore it! I love the way they kept that color & theme scheme throughout, even down to the bags of herbs for the ball. I burned that candle about 1/3 way down, and is Chock Full of rose petals! It almost looks like pomegranate seeds pouring down the side. It's just Gorgeous! I can't wait to get the June box. Even though I already opened and explored the box, I enjoyed watching you unbox it 🥰
I love Witch Casket. Deb and Ella are fantastic. I had a credit card issue and they were so helpful. It wasn’t even their fault but they kindly made sure my subscription wouldn’t be interrupted. I cannot say enough good things about them and the products you get in Witch Casket. Love them! Great video as always, Cherry, the witchy ones are my favorite! ❤️
3:35 Try peppermint. We had some at a rental house and we couldn’t kill it ! But it is very, umm I guess you would call it aggressive, it definitely spreads 😅
omg cherry i love your content so much ive been watching you for so long ilysm!!!!!!!! you convinced me into my harry potter and overall witching love! I love that you support small businesses!!!
I looked at their website before watching the video and I thought it was a bit pricey. But after watching your unboxing, and seeing what was in it, I definitely think it's a more reasonable price than I originally assumed. That little salt jar is so cute!
I don’t have a lot of money myself and I’m always reluctant to get these subscription boxes. But after watching several unboxings, I decided to give it a try. I LOVE my subscription. The items are practical and quality, I’ve never been disappointed.
My grandma always had some salt at the front and back door, she said it keeps bad spirits or minds away. So I guess when using saltwater and cleaning door frames and windows it would mean the same thing.
The second i saw cherry posted a video i ran to youtube to watch the video. i've been a fan since 2018 and my god do i love your videoos, it takes a serius mastery over the magical art of videomaking wich cherry do doubt has. LOve love love the unboxing vids and i'm so happy you haven't stopped making them, btw what happend to the hogwarts legacy series?🤔 i loved that so sad you aren't making them anymore😔
Welcome to the witchcraft community, This feels so much like a House Protection box and I regret not getting it (broke college witch problems lol) But cleansing comes with intent, and doesn't have to be just water and herbs, you can use sounds like the witch bells or smoke like garden sage or incense if you can handle smoke/allowed to have smoke in your home, an open window sends out the negative energy as well so allow the energy to leave otherwise the energy will linger. Again this is more of my own workings, you can do what makes you comfortable and explore different cleanse methods since I only use a few of possible many, even heard music cleanses to. Happy Witching and Blessed Be.
I do wish these different things like the salt if they would add a warning what is safe for animals and what is not safe for animals. If you’re sprinkling something at your door way I know my dog for instance would immediately go to it and want to eat it.
Well I guess my house is getting negative engery, since Lavender is a migrane trigger for me. Even just the smallest smell of it will give me a horrible headache.
@kellysouter4381 yes, traditionally they were buried. The person being warded off wasn't supposed to see it. It has changed somewhat. I've even seen people make a Witch's ball for their christmas/yule tree. But the contents being a different intent of course.
Here’s my thoughts I LOVE the box and the theme but I would not want to pay for multiple things that “protect” my home and self and have all these things everywhere. If you have one item that “protects” why would I need all the other items? I would rather like to see different variety and not a bunch of herbs and crushed up plants in a box
Excuse you but different herbs are used for different things, don't be uncultured If you're cooking chicken you wouldn't use beef stock, herbs can be used for different types of protection spells at different degrees or levels of protection
Isaiah55:6&7,"Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts.Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon." Repent, receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior today. This is God's invitation for redemption, Jesus loves you so much and he is the only WAY to eternity.God bless you
Cherry🌹These are all amazing items indeed! My goals for June are to be more organized with my Time management as This is a tricky one that I have to really improve.🦉🪶🐾🐾🦋💌🇨🇦
