We have been cleaning, cleansing and clearing d/t a grumpy old spirit who does not like my husband. Won't go into all of the details. Setting up wards with strong intention. I like the pine cones and think I will incorporate them in protection spells. This was a great video. Love the candle you recreated with the napkin and the spell adhered to the bottom🧡🤎🖤 💛🍄🟫🍁🍂🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
There's loads of things on my proverbial plate that could be placed under the auspices of Samhain season. 😅 But for brevity's sake, here's 2 of my "hot takes": 1) Strengthening my spellwork w/Hecate and Lilith's assistance. 2) Preparing my psyche for my mom's very possible pre-Christmas/Yule passing. She's in Stage 3 kidney failure, as a result of ill-managed diabetes -- though some diabetes meds, like Metformin, have been proven to mess w/proper kidney function. But I keep getting the feeling it's been her time to pass for a while now, and she's heckin' stubborn. 😅 I don't want her to suffer, even as sad as I might be to see her go. The lines from "Into the West" (from LOTR: Return of the King") and other similar songs keep floating around in my head. When that kind of thing happens, it makes a Witchy/shamanic musician like myself sit up and notice. If she is around for this upcoming Christmas holiday, I will be very surprised. Oh, and I tried watching "Charmed." (Finally!) Certain parts of the first episode of the first season hit too close to what I'm actually dealing with, so I had to switch it off. 😖 Plus the commercials (I was trying to watch on Pluto TV) were just too numerous. There are other series I want to get into or finish on other streaming sites. 😅
🎃 🎃 🧡 We went from 89 yesterday to flood warnings this week in FL. Love to stay in and do my October nesting. Enjoyed your video. Started the Gathering book.
What a great video! So many ways to celebrate the season. I especially like your take on magickal practices and how to incorporate them into the everyday. I hear from some people that witchcraft is either evil or silly nonsense. I feel like this video dispels those ideas. I’m in my late 50s, and though I’ve been practicing some form of the craft most of my life, I only began a more formal practice about five years ago. Videos like yours inspire me and give me ideas on how to keep my practice fresh. Thank you for all your hard work. 🎃🎃
I enjoyed this video and have subscribed. As a former vet tech, I feel compelled to suggest that you and your viewers might wish to research the effects of the cinnamon oil used to scent the pine cones (and brooms, and other such seasonal items available), on a reputable veterinary website (not a site of a company selling essential oils.) It can be a powerful irritant to pets, and even to the lungs of small children. Cats cannot metabolize certain essential oils - even from inhaling them - and those oils can cause liver failure.
I love that essential oil box! 🧡🌿 Love Mayfair Witches. When I was little I'd watch Adams Family and The Munsters everyday. They came on in the late afternoon back-to-back. Thanks for the nostalgia. Love your channel. 🎃🙂🎃
Great recommendations! Yes to Wednesday and the Addams family! Going to check out your book recommendations and make a body scrub - I took lots of notes!
Thank you for this fun video. Fall is my favorite season. I just wish the weather would cooperate ... its still 85 degrees! Yuk! I can"t find a pumpkin emoji ...
I’m jealous of your sage and rosemary! I recently in June planted sage seeds and have been cultivating a rosemary plant. :) It’s been a journey and they are doing so well! The sage are tiny so I’m taking this time to connect with the plant, and hopefully be able to use them in spellwork sometime next spring/summer. Now all my plants are coming inside for the season. Gardening has been a goal that I fulfilled this year and it’s been really nice.
We went from 90's to the 40's this morning the season is coming fast! And I think I will be using a LOT of your suggestions to get further ready for the season. Also love the book recs!
Wow, that’s a temperature jump! It’s really cold in the mornings here now. Getting down to about 48. I’m so excited my favorite tree has started changing colors!
Thanks for the wonderful book rec's. I love Jason Miller's books. I've read the one you recommended and many others. I loved seeing the kitty on the roof.
This was SUCH a cozy video! I'll definately put your fictional recommendations on my TBR list! Absolutely LOVED the elements of spellcrafting, fantastic read! Haha, your warning about cinnamon was hilarious! I once made that mistake back in my beginner witch days, never again ! 🤣 Your candles turned out beautifully!
So I went to Amazon to read a sample of this book, The Gathering. Imagine my delight when I am immediately greeted by my Lady Elen of the Ways!! I will definitely be getting this book, thank you!
I’m obsessed with fall, it really is the most wonderful time of the year! 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 As always, I feel really inspired after watching your video. Saving this video to come back to in years to come. Also, as someone living in the north of Sweden, my mind boggles at the size of the plants you showed. I’ve never seen mullein that tall, or sage that lives outside of a pot 😅 Truly aspirational.
I hope to go to Sweden some day ❤️ The mountains! You have mountains that are the reality of legend and fairytales. Tolkien based land of the elves on Sweden. So we are both in awe!
🎃🎃 This was so much fun! It's the first video I have watched on Natural Witchery. I like your book recommendations, and your pets are so adorable! 🐾❤️ You have a lovely home, and I bet it smells wonderful with all the cleansing and herbal aromas. Thank you for sharing, and Happy Autumn! 🐈⬛🐕🍁🧡🍂✨
😢 aaaww I got all exited and lokked the good witch up on youtube but sadly 😢 its pay to view here in France. We don't have the funds for subscription channels.
🍁🎃🖤🖤🎃🍂✨Thank you for the book recommendations. I think I get the audio version of the gathering. And I will make a scrub, totally forgot about that over the summer. You reminded me to do that again. 🍁🎃🖤🎃🍂✨
Great recommendations, and I appreciate the British pronunciation of Oregano ❤. I love the earrings you had on. I like the sound of the book series that ends on a Sabbat. Blessings 🍁🍂🍄🟫
Absolutely gorgeous sharing, thank you, and the video itself was beautifully crafted as well. My goodness, that was a joy to watch as I sipped my coffee preparing to work on a manuscript. BTW, yes, I adore Bedknobs & Broomsticks -- coincidentally (is there such a thing? I think not! LOL) I had thought of it only last week because hubby brought home a thrift store CD with Angela Lansbury singing from Bedknobs! :) Made me smile, smile, smile. Again, thank you and bountiful blessings upon you and yours! 🎃
🎃🎃 Great recomendations for autumn! I was searching for something witchy to read, but not action/save the world kind of stuff. This looks just right, thank you! And will give a try to the cinnamon scrub! 😊
I just found your channel and I align with all you talk about. ❤ I love your content and natural magick outlook. I listened to your video on my walk today. Do you have a podcast? I could listen to your wisdom all day. ❤ looking forward to following your channel. Blessings!
I love the Wild Grove Series. Great recommendation. I should read it again. I have the Wild Wood Tarot by Mark Ryan and John Matthews. It is a great Tarot if you enjoy the Wild Grove Series. They go well together. I really like the sugar scrub and candle decorating ideas. Thank you. I enjoyed the Good Witch. Thanks for the tip on where to find it again. I was sad when they took it off Netflix. Thank you for all the great tips.
🎃🎃. I am currently reading Jason Miller’s book! I really like it! I will however check out the fictional books you mentioned, you know, for balance. Your tips and spells are so welcome this time of year! THANK YOU!!!
Hi from Spain, just discovered your channel. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, I've just turned 56 but it's like something inside of me is waking up and it has to do with witchcraft😅 I hope I'm not to old to start 😊❤
Oh, this was so lovely! I just found your channel today and instantly subscribed. Loved all your tutorials🧡 I buy a cinnamon broom every-year nothing compares to that scent for fall magic🍁🍂🍁
The scariest/creepiest I've ever watched was Watcher in the Woods and Something Wicked This Way Comes. The Good Witch and Bedknobs and Broomsticks are the perfect speed for me! 👻🎃
🎃🎃🎃 love, love, love this video. Put your book/tv recommendations in my 'to get to' book and i know what ill be doing this weekend as its just starting to turn colder here in France now. ❤
Just found your channel, REALLY enjoyed this video! 🎃🎃 I'm new to the craft and have no idea what my path is so I'm learning as much as I can about everything I can 😅 lots of great info here!
Hope you signed up for my newsletter? I’m announcing a string of courses designed to grow your craft and build community for women only. Early registration begins next week for newsletter subscribers!
I recommend slewfoot by brom , it’s fantastic with art as well. He also has a few others like Krampus and the child thief all remakes on the dark side dark side x
🎃🎃+🎃 I loved your recommendations the only one I did not know about was Wednesday. Bedknobs and broomsticks as well as the original TV series (black and white TV) of Bewitched when I was 6yo so made me believe in magic/ Majik . Blessings to all who read this 🙏🏻
🥧🥧🥧couldn’t find a pumpkin emoji - turns out they’ve all been turned into pies already! Thanks for the recommendations. For other Kindle readers: book one of the series is available for under $3 atm. I’m celebrating the 31 days of October this year by doing something fall-related as often as I can and then writing it in my journal. That way I’ll have a long list of fun things to look back on later (hopefully).
