Aw that's the best compliment! Thank you! The house is around 150 years old, which is pretty old for a house in Canada, but not at all compared to other places in the world. It used to be my grandparents house, where my Dad grew up. The floors are one of my favourite things about it. They make up for the siding that looks like it's going to casually slide off on one breezy morning. lol!

RIGHT?! I felt like I was committing a crime by getting it for such a price. It's incredible. My Dad has always had an old chest like this as his 'treasure chest' full of random things that would forever delight a curious child, and I was determined to own his one day but decided I didn't want to wait that long and literal days after I started casually looking for one, this thing pops up out of the blue. It's so perfect. I think I want to clear the tarot boxes out of the bottom and keep some really cool stuff in it, the trouble is it's a pain to lift the top tray off every time I need in the bottom, so I might have to get crafty and add some handles to it.

@@GardenGoddessTarot Yes, I have definitely been feeling their energy. I have not worked with them much in the past, so it’s been interesting. I have felt drawn to draw cards weekly from The Faeries’ Oracle by Brian Froud. I always sit and reflect with the card and it’s interesting because I have felt energy in specific chakras become more activated. My weekly card is displayed all week with little trinkets (mini dice, stones, and charms). Also, feeling the strong fae energy around me has caused me to buy Tarot of the Hidden Realm and the Woodland Wardens oracle deck. What about you?

I do, yeah. It's on vacation mode at the present moment but should be open up again soon, it's named Garden Goddess Tarot. I have a love hate relationship with the slanty ceilings, I have banged my head too many times to count. Husband doesn't even come up here because he's six feet pretty much doesn't fit. lol! xx
