With hardship comes ease 

With hardship comes ease. I fell in love with these words from a beautiful musician called @facesoul as soon as I heard them. For me, it speaks to the process of relaxing into all emotions, feeling the pain as deeply as I feel the joy. Feeling the hurt as intensely as I feel the love. Knowing that this is the beauty and the fullness of life. Learning to Trust this process, let go of any fear of these emotions. I welcome them, oh hey there sadness, I see you, thank you for showing me this perspective, and allowing me to grow. Because when I no longer fear being sad, getting hurt, being disliked, judged or any other fear based stories I might have; I step truly into authentic expression and walk through life in a more trusting, loving, compassionate and centred way. I have the power, and privilege, to choose every day to step into my truth, to open my heart and welcome life’s experiences, whatever they may be.
