he wants to follow rules on his own terms n F everything , put him in prison he won't changed at all...he pointing fingers at everything but taking responsibility for his actions ...
I always thought drying out in prison would be successful but now know drugs are in the prison. What a mess this country is in number of issues that aren’t getting resolved.
Sadly, drugs are everywhere. Inmates will also abuse their medications by not swallowing them, then grinding and snorting for the bigger effect. People do this with most prescription drugs, snorting or smoking daily meds.
Everyday occurrence, you are stopped on the street and that person gives you their gun asks you if it works. Doesn't everyone just test a gun by firing a round into the air? He must think the judge is some kind of stupid

Look I'm only a paralegal but how the hell has he been able to fly under the radar? No one beat him, planted drugs or anything..YOUR OLD enough to know better..GROW UP!!
Okay, the elderly attorney with the camel hair jacket , very unsteady on his feet , walking with difficulty, possibly with prior medical issues (Stroke) needs hearing aids ! , when he has to bend his ear in order to be able to hear his client, has a blank facial expression while clearly trying to understand what the Judge is saying , Is there no physical health requirement in the job description ? If not there should be . I’m guessing grounds for an appeal, you can alway attempt to file an appeal on a hearing disability or incompetent, The Judge should not ignore this discrepancy and allow it to continue .. ? Difficult issue but must be addressed with respect. 🫡
