What a great guy! With our ~$17b surplus here in MN I really wish we would pay our teachers more so we didn't have such issues with a lack of teachers available. It can be so disheartening hearing of the teachers that would still be in the field had it not been that they couldn't afford their bills on such a low salary.

Sometimes when looking for teachers, they overlook the obvious...sometimes the degree don't mean anything either....gotta look beyond that if they want to get teachers...a degree don't make a teacher....having the skills to teach even the most unwilling students, and being able to teach them so they understand is far more important than a degree. Many have degrees but they still can't teach worth a damn.
