Why is it that the coolest cartoons always end up with the fewest seasons? I mean, the main protagonist has four mummy bodyguards who also turn into superheroes! That just adds another level of badassery for 90’s action cartoons!
I use to watch this before school EVERY morning and i'm now 27 lmfao. What an epic show. The creators should revisit this series or make it into a feature film cause hero films are what's in right now.
@@nine_tails137 I need mummy megazord power now!!!! ( base turns into Pacific rim style) ok let's get him. * voice * : megazord sequence has been initiated!!!!
I wonder if they had Zords like from Power Rangers. I bet they combine like this. Blue Falcon - main body, wings, and head Purple Ram - arms and chest plate Green Serpent - left leg (like the Black Snake Zord from MegaForce) Red Cat - right leg
I love this analogy, because all power comes from within, and every human has it, whether they believe it or not. People may not know how to tap it, because of religious or non religious up bringing, or they don't know how to tap it. Remember, we only use seven to ten percent of our of our brain? If Tibetan Monks can levitate their bodies, we have only scratched the surface of what the human spirit can accomplish in the physical World. This is why for thousands of years, organized religion tries to stop our supernatural potential.
I wished other of my childhood cartoon favourites from the 90s like Biker Mice From Mars, Space Cats, Creepy Crawlers, Super Dave, Hammerman, The Adventure of Hyperman, Blazing Dragons, Cowboys of Moo Mesa, The Addams Family, Albert the Fifth Muskeeter, Santo Bugito, Iznogoud, Walter Melon, and captain simian and the space monkeys were finally released onto complete DVD at last just like Mummies Alive!: The Animated Series. In fact I got entire episodes of Mummies Alive!: The Animated Series on DVD by Pidax Animation company in Germany which has two languages option either German or English that allow me to list to English dubbed👍.
This show gave nefertina a cracking whip as a weapon ... Now i realise it was some kind of erotic fetish of the creator to show that she was a dominatrix like cat woman... lol
You know, there's a slight Super Sentai/ Power Rangers vibe from this show, with the elaborate transformations and posing-during-transformations. Cheesy, but still a fun show I felt. Really wanted some of the action figures, but my dad wouldn't have any of that... XD
Yeap me and a friend were like screaming and squeaking while watching this again after all these years :D Mummies, Swat Cats and Gargoyles all bring back sweet memories :D:D
I’m surprised they haven’t actually made one yet. They keep re-using ninjas/samurai and dinosaurs, they should go with medieval knights, egyptians or even Norse and Greek/Roman myths.
This is the first episode transformation. Nefertina hadn't revealed she was a woman yet. Thus the "hat" was used to hide her long hair. Although why they never figured it out before hand, I'll never know.
there was an episode where the falcon mummy was kidnapped and then they did the "with the strength of Ra" sequence and still included him but when they got back to the fight he was still pretty much tied up lol i could be mistaken it's been a while since I've seen this show
Actually she did kinda transform into a were-cat in one episode. But that was because Bastet the cat goddess came to town, forget why though. They fought over a ball of string if i remember right. lol
Classic case of "Lois Lane syndrome". Though I agree, it was quite obvious. It's not like she could hide under layers of clothing. They lived in Egypt....in the freaking desert!
Thats actually a different subject then the one I brought up. But you do bring up good points! What I do not understand is how come the mummies all speak perfect english moments from waking up. Shouldnt they be speaking in egyptian?
@KamenRiderPantsu Wow. I look up this video, haven't seen the show in over a decade, and some random guy on RU-vid makes the exact comment I was about to, except two hours earlier. What are the odds?
What about post-transformation? She's in a dang metal bikini top! xD Then again, there were some very feminine-looking males in ancient Egypt, so the others must not have thought anything of it. O_o
