WITHIN TEMPTATION are thrilled to unveil a new live DVD/Blu-ray/2CD. ‘Let Us Burn - Elements & Hydra Live In Concert’ is released on November 14 and features two of WITHIN TEMPTATION’s most talked about arena shows ever. The two dates are 2012’s resplendent 15th birthday ‘Elements’ concert and the final night of the ‘Hydra’ European arena tour at Amsterdam’s Heineken Music Hall in May 2014.
“Covered by Roses” was recorded live at the Heineken Music Hall, May 2014, the video showcases a mix of both shows and shows off Within Temptation fierce live reputation.

It was so fun. Last year I did my English Literature exam and in poetry we were doing John Keats. The poem was 'Ode to Melancholy' and my mind was trying to get around some of the lines. I knew I had heard them before. "And be among her cloudy throphies hung" was killing me. I asked my teacher during the year if we had done the poem before but he said no. And then, right in the middle of the exam, it clicked. The damn poem was in the "Covered by Roses" song! So here's a fun fact: Within Temptation used a Keats poem in one of their songs.

I found this band about a year ago... this is the first time hearing this song. I feel so lucky. All of this music is so new to me... I get to enjoy it all for the first time.,.. Sharon is so Amazing!! 💕

That's the year I was born in, 1996, you're so lucky. I love them but it is very difficult to see them live where I live. I loved their last 3 albums and cannot wait for the next one.

Hey Gabriel I know how you feel I would love to see them live but they and many other bands like Tarja Epica Beyond The Black most of them all from Germany Finland and Netherlands and that is where they seem to play but when you live in the US it is hard to ever be able or get a chance to see any of them I live in Evansville Indiana and we mainly get country acts and I’m so not into it but maybe someday they will show up but in the circumstances I pretty much doubt it but we can still hope

LOVE THIS!! Didn't know the lyrics 'til now,though I always loved the song.These lyrics are quite deep and poetic in some ways,but still suit the upbeat style of the song.This song ROCKS bigtime,be a great driving song actually,have to crank it up in the car,then wait for the speeding tickets! The clip is great and yes,Sharon IS most definitely a Goddess!!! Thanks for posting WT!!!

The more I watch this video, the more I think what a GREAT advertisement for WT this is! Shame they can't supply this to MTV and other outlets worldwide and get it out there for all to see just how AMAZING this woman/band is. I'm SO grateful to have discovered them, but I feel the rest of the world's missing out in a major way. Everyday I see and hear acts that have none of the divine talent that Sharon and WT have being fawned over and lauded. Makes me a bit mad actually, coz it seems an injustice that a gem like this isn't more widely known. Just an idea........

I was at a funeral yesterday and since then I've been thinking about what songs I'd like to play at mine. A WT song would have to be part of it. WT has other songs that would fit the occasion l like Memories etc. but I don't want people sobbing, I'd prefer them rocking and celebrating that I was there, that they are still there and that they should make the most of it before they join me, so I'd definitely pick this one
