I dont understand how come this guy doesn't have 1 mil subs by now.... There r loads of idiots making crap on a daily basis and still hitting millions of views.. You deserve much more sir.. Ik u dont depend on the revenue generated from RU-vid...but still this kind of dedication and passion deserves much bigger recognition. And also i feel the same for Dino Sir. Absolute legends!
I should have bought motorcycle with ABS, thinking of just selling my motorcycle just cause it doesn’t have ABS its way too dangerous especially with the amount of close calls I’ve had in past.
in the situation like if your running like 60-70 kph and suddenly theres someone cross or theres a car that suddenly appear and you only have 5 to 3 secs to slow down and you just dont mind the Techniques and just squeeze the lever and pray that you dont fly HAHAHA. btw good advice sir already click the sub and like button
Nice video Vikash. I own a R15 v2 and I use a technique called pumping. It's like, first engaging the front brake and then engaging and disengaging the brake very quickly for few times. It kind of works the similar way abs does and I have noticed the stopping distance is less than the linear braking. This technique doesn't apply on rear braking though.
Thank you for this video. I'm thinking of picking up a Yamaha vstar 650 soon and it does not have ABS, I've been worried about losing traction on the front and dumping the bike
Bro can you do a comparison between sports tourer and naked bikes (I'm referring CBR and Duke) for city rides and highway rides in terms of comfort, ride handling, for B2B traffic, potholes, commuting and mileage. No one from India has explained from this aspect.
There's also the fact that the inertia will transfer the weight to the front, so what I do is I transfer the from rear to front by "gradually" grabbing and modulating the front brake while engine breaking(downshifting while rev matching), maybe slightly touch the rear brake. Just sharing what I do.
Hello from Canada - not a bad video - 70% is on the front when you are stopping. You rapidly squeeze to compress the front tire so it spreads a bit and places more gripping area onto your roadway.
Vikas bro you're best as always...i never knew classic 350 has a 50-50 weight distribution...bro may i ask u one thing...how to determine weight distribution on a bike.
Hi bro, Thanks for this valuable suggestion. One suggestion I need from you. Should I buy a single channel ABS version of RE classic 350? I will ride 60-70% in the city and 30-40% in the highway. And is there any provision to upgrade into dual channel in future? P.S.: I am a bit intended to the single channel version due to it's color
Adjustments to front and rear brakes = both should have freeplay - so that you can rest your fingers or boots without triggering the brakes accidently over small bumps and still have quick reaction. = the freeplay on the hand-lever should be more than the rear so that the front brake will only be effective after the rear brake is effective (milli-seconds) - rear "squart" then front push into the ground Practice emergency braking in the wet to gain confidence Practice fishtail control until you can use minimal fishtail to steer (lean a tiny bit or shift weight to preload bias to one side then fishtail with rear brake only) Go back to practice emergency brake. Front wheel lock is uncontrollable skid. Always practice with rear wheel lock psychology.
Vikas sir ....how to buy a new tyre ... How to find the tyre is fake or original ? What if we buy a tyre like Michelin ..how do I know it's original or not ?
If u would have talk about others bike like pulsars Apache Yamaha ktm duke like street fighters bike tat would b more interesting and watchable cuz nowadays many people r interested and using this kinda bikes
VIkas Ji I had topping over accident where a maruti800 tried to cross the state highway from a pocket road irresponsibly . I had no other choice i applied both front and rear brakes My motorcycle toppled over luckily i was standing on the road It happened as one idiot car driver fault. What is the reason for motorcycle toppling over . I have both drum brakes no disc brakes
Vikas bhai i and many bikers felt down 20 days back as invisible oil was spilled over concrete highway turn. So i slided from lane 3 to lane 2. Gears saved me..there was no chance to recover i was turning at 20kmph. Please suggest how to tackle this oil spilled highway situation. Within a fraction of second bike felt without any indication. Please suggest
BULLET is a heavy motorcycle not with a lot of torque so even with emergency braking because of its weight it may slow down but what does one do with KTMs,and powerful non ABS bikes, imagine,on a blind curve with loose gravel/oil slick etc at a speed of say 80-100kmph and also if some idiot in a car/bike/truck in front braking suddenly.what does one do.Particularly on a tall bike like a Himalayan BS3.My expsrience (40yrs of riding)says engine braking(mainly) simultaneously with front and back brakes.whats your take on this.
Good information..bt in emergency situation all techniques goes in vein.. I recently had an accident because a kitten suddenly (in 1metre) came in front of my bike when I was in a speed of 50kmph.. I got severely injured.. I think to better go for an abs bike
Greetings Vikas anna... Can you do a video on corner breaking (ABS nonABS both) and trail breaking? Because corners are the most dangerous point when it comes to breaking and not everyone can lean like a pro. Thanks. And keep up the good work.
Step one: Don't brake in corners, learn to lean like a pro. If you can't lean, it means you don't understand your machine and you are fighting it. Practice until your skill improves... Until then, do not concern yourself with braking in corners - it's not for you.
How to explain this logic to some morons who think that applying the front brakes will land u up in an accident , & i say that its totally wrong , but they insist they are more knowledgeable than me , BTW i watch MotoGP and learn from that too .
