The loaf is about 850g.

400g of warm water (30-35C)
20g pressed yeast (8-10g dry)
10 g of sugar
10 g of salt
500g of flour (+for sprinkling the table)
In the original recipe, they bake at 250C and reduce it to 200C, but it burns so much for me. That's why I'm telling you the option that will definitely work!
