heavy can be whatever, i had a spare scintilation with firing line (best for witness when ammo is depleted, unless you can proc BnS fast)
same goes for the energy slot, whatever you feel like using

rotation: super, grenade, euphony, grenade spam until apotheosis is gone, euphony and whenever possible grenade when ammo depleted on euphony
