We're a leetle nervous about this prequel but all trust is placed in IMMORTAN GEORGE! We know he can pull out a W! Hit up Patreon.com/SeanTanktop for TONS OF EXTRAS!!
i hope hemsworth keeps taking weird roles like this. unless i'm wrong i think this is his first fully australian movie too? i always like anya taylor joy in stuff too so im slightly optimistic about the movie
I honestly think this looks amazing. It has the same energy as Fury Road, and I'm willing to trust on anything that isn't instantly obvious. It's very Miller that he doesn't rest on something being instantly accessible to any dummy walking by. He's the smart action God. I'm willing to meet him halfway and then some.
The production of Furiosa had a lot of exterior shooting problems due to Covid , so many shots were in a studio.. You do catch a really young pre - radiation effected Immortan Joe holding hands with Furiosa with their feet dipped in the water , with the same combed back hair . Furiosa was one of the first wives of Joe in the comics.. Furiosa is gonna tie all the films together as an epic saga.. Furiosa will definitely not be MEDIOCRE! 👍🎬
Can we talk about the music!!!!! It sounds amazing! I'm falling in love with the art direction/editing, music and cinematography that George Miller brings to the table.
Maybe Immortan Joe is an albino? And his warboys cover their skin with white powder and makeup to immitate and honor him. Although, i think that there were comic books written that explained Immortan Joe's history, so that may not be part of it, just an idea.
Fury Road had plenty of CGI as well. Do you think that scene with the huge dust storm picking up cars and throwing people everywhere was practical? Furiosas arm was CGI as well.
@@cullenarthur8879 No way and here I thought Charlize Theron cut her arm off for the role 🙄. I’m aware there was cgi in Fury Road new one just seems heavier on it. Though I have since read up since seeing @spagbol3104 comment and can understand why they are heavier on cgi so I will change my comment to I hope the cgi is done well.
Call me crazy but this trailer looked very similar to Fury Road visually. It has a bit more punchy colors but I’d didn’t really think it was too far away from Fury Road.
if this spin off is a mega hit box office wise and critically I would love if they invited charlize back for a sequel about her later years, kinda sucks that they didn't ask for her to come back for this one, I know shes a bit older now so i think a sequel set after fury road would be killer
Hello Sean Tank Top, "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes" comes out the same weekend as "Furiosa." Would you be willing to see both movies on opening weekend?
I don't know....I think this was miscast. Anya has never done any action films before, it feels like she's voguing in every shot. It doesn't even look like she tried to at least put on some weight for the role. She's not believable as Furiosa and then there is the CGI in this trailer. I know George is getting old so maybe he just can't do as much practical as he used to but this doesn't look great.
@@daurydavis3983 I'm not surprised you mistake thinking for whining. Keep moving troll, clearly you have nothing of value to contribute to the conversation
Tom Hardy looks nothing like Mel Gibson yet played Max Hugh Keays-Byrne played both Toecutter and Immortan Joe despite being entirely different characters, casting isn't really a huge deal in the Mad Max franchise, I trust George Miller's decision, they've had years to work on this film regarding the CGI, I think its just unfinished, they've got another year to continue working on it
