​@malvernmudzingwa1529 , he's not seeking clarity. He's leading the witness to a particular answer, clarity seeking questions are not asked in this manner. Even if these questions were asked by the prosecutor, the defense team would object because they are leading questions.

The judge is old, as for wise and intelligent, that's debatable, if wisdom and intelligence is what you see in this judge then the standard or perhaps your standard is low.

@@nkosikhangelemzilikazi1637 SA justice system is a complex one pls how on earth Kelly khumalo name are been mentioned many times on national case like this one and yet kelly is still not standing on the dock till this moment. I tell you the judge is wise doing everything to Crack this case.Meyiwa was a national treasure and should be given justice so that he can rest peaceful. I am not a southafrican but am very much interested on this very case and I pray he gets justice..his killers killed his dreams and family dreams all together💔
