It is. :) They ripped the audio from that scene straight out of the movie! XD If they were allowed to use the audio and her voice for that ornament, I'm not sure why they have this whole copyright problem in recent years now where they can't get the rights to use her voice.
All the ornaments are great but hallmark should be ashamed for not using the actual voices for some of them....Dorthy singing Over the Rainbow pitiful!!!!

I have an ornament from 2018 I'm pretty sure, it's a Hallmark Dorothy ornament, she sings over the rainbow and it sounds nothing like her. If they're gonna do that I'd rather just have it as a stand alone ornament with no sound at all.
