Not my experience when replacing damaged cards. They sent back others with the same print lines. When I asked them to try another replacement, they told me they couldn't guarantee the cards would be in perfect condition. I think the secret lairs are ultimately a waste of money. Can't recommend anyone buy them.

My Compleat edition bundle came with two packs of the same lands, the phyrexian text land pack was missing. Contacted them and they expected me to ship back the entire bundle with original packaging and once they receive that they’ll send out a new…

My heads i win tails you lose secret lair out of ALL the cards the ONLY one that was bent right out of the pack was the Special full art mountain. they sent me a replacement (it took quite a while but i did get it)

I once bought a single mysery booster pack and pulled a Demonic Tutor. The bottom was a little messed up, just like your cards, and they sent me a fresh Demonic Tutor.

i pulled a mana crypt foil, but it had bad cutting quality, so i contakted wizards...they sent me 2 set boosters from AWBO...funny part is i paid 8,60€ costums fee...WTF

I ordered the secret lair with Junji Ito’s artist and never got my cards and when I contacted them they said to talk to ups, it’s been like a year and I still don’t have them 😑☹️

I had a damaged bonus card, they sent me a replacement, the replacement was damaged even worse than the first one. Seeing if I can get another one, I guess

My package got "lost" in the mail and the only thing they would do for me is a refund because they said there was no product left for replacement... Weird, it seems like they did game more. (The only reason I say "lost" is I have had multiple packages containing MTG products go missing in transit)

When I got the coin flip deck like 4 of the double sided foils had 2 dents in the same spots. Took like another month to get em new after an email. Not horrible.

They only replace damaged cards for steamers and not the people that pay for cards.

Back in March I ordered the Ruinous Powers 40K precon and ended up missing a card. Took about two months for them to print me a new one but support was chill and once it was printed I got it like within a day so that was cool.

That happened to me on my Secret Lair. Most annoying is the time for the them to react. I am also apprehensive because I still have a lot of unopened Secret Lair boxes and envelopes. I wonder if they'll replace a card that is 1-2 years old.

Wizards is kinda notorious for quality control. And that's the point, quality control. Most times I've seen a problem with quality of products, they really own it up and make sure to replace/fix

Good thing you weren't sent leaked cards by accident, you might have to deal with hired overweight middle aged men with M4's shouting at you to come outside with your hands up. Literally cannot fucking believe they did that.
