Striking kote which is against do is ippon when hitting wrist side. Perk stroke Shodai's fist in all attacks,so these were not judged as ippon i think.
To ones who do not know the rule and think they are professionals, striking the right Kote during a Kote is an Ippon, even if the opponent's hand is in Do.
Based on what I have heared, striking a Kote which is against the Do of a Jodan Kenshi is not Ippon. And in my humble opinion, all the strikes on mister Shodai Kote was not Ippon.
