Even if you plead guilty they legally have to have a trial. There are extenuating circumstances that could affect sentencing and they need to be heard.

So here I am, 12 years later and these videos haven't been taken down yet. Today I learned about the loss of Trevor Moore, and couldn't help to come back to these videos again. My jaw dropped when I heard the news. I think I'm gonna dedicate my day off for some WKUK just like old times. hearing about his death just hit very hard for me. RIP Trevor, I'll smoke a joint tonight for both of us.
Trevor's jaw probably also dropped after having succesfully inserted his own member into his mouth, which coincidentally was the modus operandi of his untimely death.

A lot of times, lawyers and judges are chummy with each other. They often see each other in court. I don't think there was anything here that was improper, besides them falling into double jinx.

It can’t be understated how good they were as comics but also actors. Like there were some genuinely great performances in some of the most degenerate stuff in this time period and I love it.
