@Offroad Animal I am very excited to see you guys developing for the WL Trailhawk. I will be waiting to purchase anything you can supply for the 4xe platform
Now that my 2012 WK2 5.7L Hemi is officially 10 years old I look forward to "customizing" it to handle more serious off road adventures. In all of these 10 years I've never had a serious problem and even pulled 2 Toyotas and an F150 out of stuck situations. I love my WK2!
Off road animal lol drive like animal off road. Good to see you continue wk improvements while others not. It is very capable cars and very comfortable.
How would you say the WL does compare to the WK2? Has the air suspension improved in offroad 2 ? Also does it come with steel skid plate under the engine or just some plastic cover?
The WL has improved over the Wk2 for sure. The air suspension works much better offroad with lots less banging in the shocks. QD2 works well too. I miss the bigger motors though as the pentastar is barely adequate . Ours had steel plates
That WL isn't going to last long driving it like that. Doesn't the WL TH have lockers QD II? Does it really need to be slammed up the hill like that rather than letting the 4WD system do it's job?
QD2 has a rear LSD only, and i'm not sure if you saw but a dual locked wrangler on 37s struggled to get up and so did a bronco on 35s. Momentum only way to get up with the Jeep
Fully designed and now building the following prototypes. Roof rack, predator bar, pre runner, hidden winch, tow hooks and roof rack . Just finishing off the slider design now.
