Not the advertised speed on the box, but it's a fun little boat with potential. I need better batteries.. and more of them now. Enjoy! #rc #scalemodel #rchobbies #rcboat #wltoys
Cool boat fella, looks like a lot of fun! I've always fancied an RC boat..... but have been put off by the potential of how much things could go seriously wrong!! Picturing a 'titanic' type scenario..... and really don't fancy having to go diving in the water to recover it when the inevitable happens! 😂 Especially as our UK waters are nothing like those beautiful clear and clean lakes you have! 👍 👍 👍
Yeah.. being a Floridian, it's nice to have the water options, but the heat, traffic, humidity and mosquitos are the tradeoff 😆 I'm sure you could find a decent pond or a channel somewhere around there to run something though. I just uploaded another test run today and had a submarine moment😂 Thankfully I didn't have to swim!
Yeah man, this 'A' version is improved over the older one. It's one of the good WLs, but kinda slow for my liking. Still, it looks good on the water and always room for upgrades!
Id say that was a decent maiden run captain 😎 it’ll be fun to see how big an improvement the upgrades make . Nice little boat 👍 Looks great in the water 🏁
Awesome man , you have taken the rc fun onto the water, that little boat looks like fun doesn't matter the speed, i need to get one sometime just to see all the fun i have been missing out on, or will always be thinking bout it 😃👍
Yeah that's a huge selling point.. just couldn't stand the red 😁 and you were right about the coupler screws. Soldering iron worked, but it literally looks like super glue! 🤯 All lubed up now though 👍
@@scaleworksRC yeah wltoys I think mistake loctite threadlockfor the superglue, all the buggies are the same, happy you managed to sort it out and look forward to seeing what you do👍subscribed
Yeah I think its the 2000kv and 20c batteries holding it back. 30A ESC is probably bottle necking it too but all that will change! Glad you enjoyed and congrats on your PB! 🫡
